Client who faced an Assault charge now has an ACD [Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal]

Robert E. Brown, PC  recently defended a medical doctor in Queens County who was arrested and charged with Assault for allegedly striking her elderly father with a “long metal object.”  We provided pictures of our client’s bruises sustained at the hands of the so-called victim.  We were able to convince the prosecutor to adjourn the case in contemplation of dismissal at the first court appearance.
